BBManager — Multi-Location Operations & Automation Platform

Architected and deployed a full-stack CRM/LMS operations platform to replace spreadsheets and fragmented workflows across a multi-location tutoring organization. Contracted by center ownership after pitching a custom system to address operational inefficiencies. Currently deployed across two active locations.
- Architected a multi-tenant data model separating organization, locations, staff, parents, students, scheduling, grading, attendance, payroll, and analytics domains
- Designed relational schema in SQL with normalized entities, foreign key constraints, transactional integrity, and audit-safe grade versioning
- Implemented immutable academic ledger system with archived edit chains and revision-trigger logic
- Built scheduling engine with structured slot, seat, assignment, and placement entities including conflict detection and capacity enforcement
- Developed role-based access control layer enforcing location-scoped queries at the service level
- Implemented background task processing for notifications, analytics aggregation, and scheduled jobs
- Designed analytics aggregation tables to support high-performance dashboards and cross-location metrics
- Built RESTful service layer with clear separation between business logic and presentation
- Implemented transactional workflows using atomic operations and pessimistic locking to prevent race conditions

Led rehabilitation of a 2 acre residential property to restore condition and prepare for market listing, managing scope, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
- Performed comprehensive interior and exterior cleanup, debris removal, and material disposal to restore livable condition
- Executed drywall patching, surface preparation, interior repainting, and finish restoration
- Removed damaged fixtures and trim, repaired minor framing deficiencies, and restored interior surfaces
